Prior to founding Yankee Peddler, Bill worked for years as a lead animator and art director in motion graphics.  Over that time, he had opportunities to collaborate with and learn from creative clients, directors, illustrators, designers and animators.

Bill is a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design.  And until the recent company move to Detroit, he taught there beginning in 2009.  In 2014 he was awarded ‘Teacher of the Year’ for his Otis contributions to the next generation of motion graphic talent.

Bill’s work has been featured in the Tribeca Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Slamdance Film Festival, Res Fest, IDN Magazine, BDA’s 20/120 Festival and One Dot Zero.

We are a design and animation company specializing in commercial, character, and documentary projects.   We take our cues from the original Yankee Peddlers.

Yankee Peddlers were the early American door-to-door sales force.  They were also called carpetbaggers, nutmeggers, hucksters and rainmakers.  They sold rare items, new inventions and timeless products.  Look around, if you have something that others don’t, chances are you met with a Yankee Peddler.
